The time to harvest the fruit from our trees and bathe olives in the sun arrived quickly. From the heart of Istria, near the beautiful Adriatic Sea, from the olive groves of the Vanđelić estate, there is a quality and award-winning Nono Remiđo extra virgin olive oil bottle on your table.
Start in October and completed last week in mid-November, we have concluded this year’s olive harvest. After a few weeks of careful harvesting, we are happy with this year’s yields. In essence, we harvested and processed about 45 tons of olives, which yielded the production of about 4,900L of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
In addition to the blend of valad oil (varieties of buža, carbonaceous, leccina, whitewash, pendolin, maraiol, and frantoia) and finida (varieties of buža, rosinjole, carbonaceous, leccina, Istrian white, pendolina, maraiola, and frantoia). We also prepared monosort oils of the rosinjola type, Istrian whites, and buzzas.
We have also paid more attention to quality rather than quantity. So, despite the weaker crop than last year due to climatic conditions at the time of flowering, the oil quantity is truly excellent. Therefore, we would like to thank our loyal customers who return to the flavors of our olive oil again, and we cannot wait to share the fruits of this year’s harvest with anyone who will savor it!
Words that I am not sure if I translated correctly would need someone that is an expert in the field to look over these terms.
