You can pay at the Nono Remiđo webshop
• Cards – Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, visa Premium, Diner, American Express, etc.
• Bank Transfer/Internet Banking – You pay the order amount directly to our bank account after you have received an offer via e-mail with your payment information. Use the order ID as a reference to the number.

Delivery
Door-to-door delivery usually arrives within a few business days. Deviations from these days are possible depending on the delivery location (islands, abroad, etc.).

The calculation of the shipping price is done automatically in the webshop when ordering. Depending on the weight of the order, the country of delivery, and other conditions stated by the delivery service.

If the buyer has not received the package within five working days, he must notify the seller so that procedures regarding finding the lost and/or sending a new shipment can be taken promptly.

Delivery of available goods is done as soon as possible. At the same time, in the case of the unavailability of certain products, the seller reserves the right to contact the buyer for an agreement on delivery. The buyer receives a tracking code from the seller via the online delivery service, where they can track the status of their shipment at any time.

The buyer agrees to write his telephone number for faster and easier delivery on the package label.

Complaints
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to a claim. A claim is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint under the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is required to replace the product or return the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint to the buyer.

Unilateral termination of a contract
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of the agreed delivery of the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right, the buyer is obliged, within the specified period, in the following order:

1. Inform the seller of the termination of the contract by an unambiguous statement by mail, fax or e-mail to info@nonoremido.hr
2. Send a fully completed one-way termination form by mail, fax or e-mail
3. Return the unopened, undamaged, and unused product within the agreed time to the agreed address with the originally completed and signed form for unilateral termination of the contract. With the note that the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The seller is obliged to return the receipt of the product to the buyer within 14 days and the full amount paid through which the buyer paid the amount in an agreed manner.

The seller is not responsible for the return procedures and deadlines by the buyer’s bank.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Nono Remiđo webshop allows you to send your written complaints regarding a purchase on the webshop to info@nonoremido.hr

Online dispute resolution
European Union Special Regulation dated 15.2.2016. Across the EU, online shopping disputes can be resolved through a platform that you can access here.
This means that if you run into an issue while shopping online with the EU (defective product, inability to replace a product, etc.), you can file your complaint at the link above.

The platform can be used by both consumers and traders and can be filed in any of the 23 official EU languages.
