It is made by the distillation of fermented grape mistelle at 60-75% vol. Of alcohol, which also makes it unique. It is not produced by the distillation of wine and brandy from grape trop (the rest of wine grapes), but by a section of healthy table grape berries called mistelle. It contains all the B vitamins except B12, which are all critical for the carbohydrate modification and have a beneficial effect on the nervous system.
