About our products:
Nono Remiđo is a specialized web store for selling olive oils and fruit liqueurs. All prices are in Kuna (kn) and include value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in product prices. OPG Damir Vanđelić reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time.
Terms of sale
Payment methods
You can make a purchase at the Nono Remiđo webshop:
– I will accept – you pay the amount of the order in cash when you download the ordered package directly by courier.
– Cards – Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Premium, Diners, American Express, etc.
– Bank Transfer / Internet Banking – You pay the order amount directly to our bank account after you have received an offer via e-mail with your payment information. Use the order ID as a reference to the number.
Delivery
Door-to-door delivery usually arrives within a few business days. Deviations from these days are possible depending on the delivery location (islands, abroad, etc.).
The calculation of the shipping price is done automatically in the webshop when ordering, depending on the weight of the order package, the country of delivery, and other conditions stated by the delivery service.

If the buyer has not received the package within five working days, he must inform the seller so that the procedures for finding lost and/or sending a new shipment are timely followed.
Delivery of available goods is done as soon as possible. At the same time, in the case of the unavailability of certain products, the seller reserves the right to contact the buyer for an agreement on delivery. The buyer receives a tracking code form the seller for the shipment through an online delivery service, at which time he can check the status of their purchase.
The buyer agrees to add their phone number for faster and easier delivery on the package label.
Complaints
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to a claim. A claim is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint under the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is required to replace the product or return the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint to the buyer.
All complaints are to be sent to the e-mail address reklamacije@nonoremido.hr.
Unilateral termination of a contract
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to unilaterally terminate the agreement within 14 days of the agreed delivery of the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right, the buyer is obliged, within the specified period, in the following order:
1. Inform the seller of the termination of the contract by an unambiguous statement by mail, fax or e-mail to info@nonoremido.hr
2. Send a fully completed one-way termination form by mail, fax or e-mail
3. Return the unopened, undamaged, and unused product within the agreed time to the agreed address with the originally completed and signed form for unilateral termination of the contract. With the note that the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The seller is obliged to return the receipt of the product to the buyer within 14 days and the full amount paid through which the buyer paid the amount in an agreed manner.
The seller is not responsible for the return procedures and deadlines by the buyer’s bank.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Nono Remiđo webshop allows you to send your written complaints regarding a purchase on the webshop to info@nonoremido.hr
Online dispute resolution
European Union Special Regulation dated 15.2.2016. Across the EU, online shopping disputes can be resolved through a platform that you can access here.
This means that if you run into an issue while shopping online with the EU (defective product, inability to replace a product, etc.), you can file your complaint at the link above.
The platform can be used by both consumers and traders and can be filed in any of the 23 official EU languages.

We take all necessary steps to ensure that our site is protected by user information. Confidential information is protected both online and offline. If our forms require confidential information, this information is encrypted and protected by Security Protocol (SSL). We inform customers how to use the information that is collected, regularly give customers the choice of using their data, and include the ability to decide whether or not their name should be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer information is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need it. All Nono Remiđo Shop staff and business partners are responsible for ensuring that privacy is respected.
Registration
To make a reservation or submit a query on our website, a user must first fill out a registration questionnaire and complete the registration. During registration, users are asked for contact information (such as name and e-mail address).
This information is used to contact the user when answering questions posed on our site. Also, the data ensures the privacy of the user when controlling the input or change of the data.

Conversion statement
All payments are made in Croatian Kuna. The amount your credit card will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price from the Euro to Croatian Kuna according to the valid exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charged with your credit card, the same amount is converted to your local currency according to the valid exchange rate of the card association. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.

In case the buyer does not want the seller to any more way it processes the data of the same, and requires the deletion of the data on the same it must notify the seller, and by e-mail to the e-mail address info@nonoremido.hr
